Sender Check is a Shopify app made by A3E Ecosystem Inc, Ontario, Canada ("we"). This page says what the app collects, why, and how to have it removed. Last updated 11 September 2026.
Sender Check reads public DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX and BIMI) for the domain a store sends email from, grades them and shows what to fix. It reads; it never changes DNS or anything on the store.
We do not collect or store customer data. The app requests no access to orders, customers or products.
To run the checks you ask for, to re-run them daily on the Pro plan, and to email you when a check finds a new problem (Pro, only if alerts are on). Nothing is sold or shared with third parties. Emails are sent through our own mail provider; DNS lookups go to the public DNS system.
Charges are made through Shopify's billing system and appear on your Shopify invoice. We never see card details.
When the app is uninstalled, Shopify sends us the uninstall webhook and every record about the store is deleted at once. Shopify's shop/redact request does the same. Because we hold no customer data, customers/data_request and customers/redact requests have nothing to return or delete, and we answer them accordingly.
On servers operated by A3E Ecosystem Inc in Canada, reached through Cloudflare. Access is limited to the people who run the app.
